Welcome to WebWarp. By purchasing our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully

1. Services Provided

WebWarp offers web design, development, and maintenance services on a subscription basis. Our plans include Basic, Standard, Pro, and VIP tiers, each with varying levels of service. A once-off setup fee may apply, depending on your chosen tier.

We also offer optional add-ons such as graphic design, copywriting, and additional functionality.

2. Payment & Billing

  1. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via secure payment gateways.

  2. The once-off setup fee (if applicable) is charged before the first month begins

  3. All prices are displayed in ZAR or converted to USD/EUR for your convenience. Currency conversion is indicative only.

  4. Payment is required to begin or continue services.

Late payments will result in a temporary suspension of service. If payment remains outstanding for 10 days, your website may be unpublished until the balance is settled.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@webwarp.co.za at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellations do not retroactively refund charges already paid.

  • If a setup fee was paid, it is non-refundable once work has begun.

  • Your website will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide all required content (images, text, logos) in a timely manner.

  • Respond to feedback or design approvals within 3 business days where possible.

  • Not use your website for illegal purposes, fraud, or content that violates any laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All content you provide remains your property.

  • WebWarp retains rights to design frameworks, templates, or custom code unless a separate buyout is agreed upon.

  • You are granted a license to use the final website while your subscription is active.

6. Service Limitations

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors outside our control (e.g. third-party hosting, global outages).

  • Support is available via email or Calendly bookings.

  • Maintenance includes minor updates and edits. Significant redesigns may require a new agreement or quote.

7. Liability Disclaimer

WebWarp will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss (e.g., lost revenue or traffic).

  • Content added or removed by third parties or the client.

  • Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized edits of the site.

We do our best to safeguard your digital presence, but you use our services at your own risk.

8. Modifications

WebWarp may update these terms from time to time. If so, we’ll notify active clients via email and post the updated terms on our website.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. By using our services, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of South African courts in the event of any dispute.
